Refund policy

Lifetime DISA Warranty:

Lifetime DISAs include a 2 year service warranty from the time of purchase should they experience mechanical failure. Service warranty includes mechanical failure by fault none other than the product itself and does not include damage as a result of improper installation, vehicle accident, flooding, misuse etc. Customer is responsible for mailing the product back for service. Some original components may be reused during the repair.

Unused Product Returns:

Unused products may be returned for refund within 14 days after receiving, buyer is responsible for return shipping. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Vendor items that are purchased through our site may have different return policies. 

Orders returned to sender due to Import taxes/fees not paid:

Customer is responsible for any and all import / custom charges / taxes due. If delivery attempts are failed due to lack of fees the items may end up being returned to us. If this occurs, you will receive a refund for the items minus the charges billed to us for return shipping upon receiving the returned items.
